Foundation awards $2,000 to support 2014 Framingham House Tour

The recent $2,000 award from the MutualOne Charitable Foundation to the Framingham History Center helped support the Center’s 13th Annual House Tour held on May 18th.

This year’s tour featured an Arts and Culture theme with local homes that “inspired, reflected, and showcased the creativity of their owners who included painters, potters, inventors, sculptors, collectors, designers and craftsmen,” according to the Center. Over 500 visitors attended. This event is the Center’s largest fundraiser and supports the organization’s educational programming, preservation efforts and community celebrations.
