Online Banking and Bill Payment service has been terminated
Online banking service through the Natick Federal Savings Bank web site (NatickFederal.com) ended on Friday, September 21 at 3:00 PM. Any bills scheduled for payment through September 21 were paid. Any bills or transfers scheduled for payment after that date – or any recurring payments scheduled to be paid after that date – were not paid. You will need to enter those payments into the new MutualOne Bank online banking system.

Click here to sign up for online banking at MutualOne Bank. It only takes a few minutes to register, and all you need are your driver’s license number, primary account number and Social Security number. It may also be helpful to have the balance in your primary account as of the latest statement date. You can expect your Online Banking service to be activated within two business days or less.
Set up Bill Payment
When you sign up for Online Banking, you will be automatically enrolled in our Bill Payment service unless you choose otherwise. Once your Bill Payment service has been activated, you can enter your payees at the Make a Payment section of the Online Banking home page.
