Personal Services Text Message Banking

MutualOne Bank has a convenient way for you to access your account information. Text Message Banking is a FREE service for any Online Banking customer with a cell phone. Sign up today and you can access your account information with a simple text message.

Step 1 – Login
Text Message Banking is only available to Online Banking customers. If you are not an Online Banking customer, click here to sign up today.

Step 2 – Activate
After logging in, click the “Mobile Banking & Alerts” tab. Then register your cell phone by clicking the “Activate” button. You will receive a text message with a unique activation code that you will need to enter to complete the process. This ensures that it’s your phone number and it’s in your possession. Once verified, select your primary banking account (this is the account that will be accessed when texting for “Bal” or “Last”) and you’re done!

Step 3 – Text away
Now that your phone is set up, just send a text to 454545 with one of the following commands:

BAL – Primary account balance
BAL ALL – All account balances
LAST – Last 5 transactions on primary account
BAL CHK – Balances of all checking accounts
BAL SAV – Balances of all savings accounts
STOP – Unenroll from the service
HELP – Send info on the commands and how to use the system

Your answer will be promptly sent back to you – usually in less than 10 seconds!

Other Features

Balance Alerts
You can choose to receive a text message with your balance every Friday. You can also choose to receive a text message whenever your primary banking account goes below a certain balance.

Funds Transfer
You can transfer money from a designated MutualOne Bank account to your primary banking account with a text message. To get started, choose a transfer source account from the drop down menu right under the area where you designated your primary bank account. This is the account from which money will be transferred to your primary bank account. If you do not see any eligible accounts listed, please call Client Services at (508) 820-4000.

To make a transfer, just text TRANS followed by the amount to 454545. For example, to transfer $100 to your primary bank account simply text TRANS100.
