Receive an email when your loan bill is ready to view
Previous loan bills are available for viewing through Online Banking, but you have to be enrolled in eDocuments to access them. Here’s what you need to do:
If you are currently receiving an account statement electronically
Select the eDocuments tab in Online Banking and click on View Documents. You will see that your loan bills have been added to the list of available documents.
If you have not enrolled in our eDocuments service
Select the eDocuments tab in Online Banking and click on View Documents. Review the User Agreement, confirm your email address, and click the Accept button.
Your loan bills — along with any deposit account statements within Online Banking — will appear in the list of available documents.
Congratulations, you’ve gone paperless!
Once you have activated paperless loan bills, we will send you an email alert when your monthly bill is available for viewing. We will also stop mailing loan bills and deposit statements that are included in Online Banking. If you have any questions, please contact Client Services at (508) 820-4000
