It’s time to show appreciation for this month’s employees of the month! Congratulations to Retail Support & Foundation Administrator, Yves Munyankindi and BSA Specialist, Melissa Roberts!

Yves is being recognized for being the epitome of a team player who always helps out anyone or any department at any time. His supervisor says, “his commitment and loyalty to MutualOne Bank makes us a better bank.”

Melissa was chosen for her vigilant attention to suspicious activity on two accounts. Her quick action helped the Bank and the customer avoid a loss. She has also stepped up to train some employees since the merger of the two departments.

We are pleased to recognize Senior Personal Banker, Julia Arroyo and Senior IT Support Specialist, Timothy Ellerbe as the Employees of the Month for July.

Julia has received outstanding responses on customer satisfaction surveys – customers even request her by name and will wait for her to assist them if she is busy. In addition to helping customers, she never hesitates to assist her team members when they need it.

Timothy’s leadership ability and tremendous dedication to the IT team became evident when he continued to complete his day-to-day activities in addition to taking on an extensive and time-consuming IT audit.

We have a great team and we truly appreciate each member. This month senior personal banker Neveen Bakhet of our Natick office, and senior loan servicing representative Clara DePina, are being recognized as Employees of the Month.

Neveen continually works with our customers to make sure they are getting the most out of our products and services.

Clara exudes professionalism and is a great role model for her team. Not only is she a great banker, she is dependable and a team player.

It’s that exciting time of month again when we get to recognize two deserving members of our team! Join us in congratulating Personal Banker II Charlie Martin of our Natick office, and Operations Specialist Marie Harrington on their selection as Employees of the Month.

Charlie is being recognized because his customer service is second to none, and he has received many compliments from customers who have benefited from his assistance. Charlie’s helpful nature also extends to his colleagues, as he always makes time to assist anyone who needs help.

Marie is being acknowledged because her eagle eyes caught a fraud attempt in the early stages and her quick action was able to save both the Bank and the customer from any losses.

We always enjoy the opportunity to recognize our outstanding employees. This month, we are delighted to acknowledge Personal Banker I Jordan Concannon and IT Support Specialist William Aquilio. Not only did they excel at their regular job responsibilities, but they both went above and beyond to help their colleagues during a busy and transitional time.

Jordan was nominated because she is self-sufficient, accurate and willing to step in to help her team whenever necessary.

William was chosen because he has worked very hard to set up a more efficient procedure for the bank to prepare for a routine audit. Not only did he respond to all HelpDesk questions promptly, he was extremely helpful and saved his colleagues a lot of time.

When Brady Connors joined MutualOne Bank in 2013, he had built a solid reputation over 30 years as a commercial lender, booking over $1 billion in loans during his tenure at 11 New England financial institutions.

Before embarking on his banking career, Brady was raised in Marblehead as one of 7 children in a family of Irish Catholic descent. He was an avid sailor — even racing as a teenager as part of the One Design (IOD) fleet. While he no longer sails competitively, he has picked up many other interests including gardening and golfing. Unfortunately, while he may have been born with a green thumb, he says he does not have the same skill when it comes to golf.

Now living in Carlisle with his wife and two Chihuahuas — who love him more than their three kids — Brady enjoys whipping up delicious dishes for his family, when his wife allows him in the kitchen. (Perhaps the dogs like him because there are lots of leftovers?)
