Congratulations to Senior Account Representative Joleen Dick and Senior IT Specialist, Tim Ellerbe on their selection as this month’s Employees of the Month.
Joleen was selected for being flexible, dependable and her willingness to work in different environments and learn new functions while supporting her team. Tim was recognized for working extra hours during an important system transition while also responding to IT requests.
Clarice Santos joined MutualOne Bank in 2008 as a teller and has worked her way up to assistant vice president of client services & electronic banking. She has a passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping people develop professionally. A self-proclaimed “ultimate townie,” Clarice is a graduate of Framingham High School and Framingham State University but she was born in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.
A member of St. Bridget’s Church in Framingham, Clarice currently teaches CCD to 8th grade students. In her spare time, she also enjoys watching international movies, visiting art museums (sometimes all day!), cooking with fresh ingredients and traveling. Her favorite destinations are South Africa, Turkey, Brazil, and Acadia National Park in Maine. Next time you call Client Services, make sure to ask what Clarice is cooking up next!

Waldemar was selected for stepping up to help all of our branches while providing exceptional customer service. Michelle was recognized for her hard work, dedication, and organization as we transitioned vital systems in our human resources department.
Congratulations to Retail Support & Charitable Foundation Administrator Yves Munyankindi and Accounting Assistant Luz Acevedo on their selection as this month’s Employees of the Month.
Yves was selected for his role as a strong team player in providing assistance in the branches, while also maintaining his involvement in the local community. Luz was recognized for her organizational skills and interdepartmental interactions.
Mobolaji “Mo” Omisore joined the team in 2016 as the branch manager of our Natick office. A graduate of Cornell University, Mo gained management experience at several multi-national banks before joining MutualOne Bank.
A Bronx-native and avid sports fan, Mo plays flag football during the winter, and regularly roots for his hometown teams – the New York Knicks, Giants, Rangers, and yes, Yankees. In his spare time he also enjoys reading fiction, as well as planning his next travel adventure – having visited 17 states, his goal is to visit, and experience the culinary treats of all fifty! A technophile interested in the next new piece of tech, there is no doubt he will use the latest and greatest gadget to keep him from getting lost. Next time you stop by the Natick office, be sure to say hello to Mo – and don’t give him too much trouble about his team affiliations.
Yasmine Ouweijan is the manager of our Concord Street, Framingham office. She has been a part of the MutualOne Bank family for over 18 years, starting as a customer service representative and assistant branch manager before stepping into the branch manager role.
Proficient in 3 languages (but we think it’s really a lot more), before joining MutualOne Bank she used her language skills to teach high school French.
In her spare time, Yasmine enjoys sewing and flower arranging. A social butterfly who likes being around people, her two favorite activities — bowling and bumper cars — bring out her true competitive nature!
