Congratulations to Senior Personal Banker Donna Gogliormella and Senior Operations Specialist Marie Harrington on their selection as this month’s Employees of the Month.
Donna was selected for her contributions in the Client Services department, while also working in the branches on Saturdays. Marie was selected for her ability to process increasing activity and accept additional responsibilities.
Members of the MutualOne Bank team were “hoofing it up” as part of the Bank-sponsored Jazz Dance Class for employees. The 6-week class was part of our Bank-wide 2017 Wellness Campaign, supported by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and was conducted by Brandi Rae Lochiatto, owner and instructor of Brandy Rae’s School of Dance in Framingham.
Throughout our Wellness Campaign, the Bank will offer special health & fitness-focused events to employees including Weight Watchers at Work Program, Steps Challenge, Laughter Yoga & Nutrition Challenge.
Congratulations to Frank Chamberlain, vice president, credit officer and Cheryl Suarez, deposit operations manager. They recently graduated from an intensive two-year program at the New England School for Financial Studies.

Gilana was selected for processing an exceptional number of new accounts while keeping up with her other duties. Mary-beth was selected for her critical thinking skills and willingness to lend a hand as needed.
Congratulations to Senior Personal Banker Colm Hamill in our Concord Street, Framingham office and BSA Specialist Melissa Roberts of the Compliance Department on their selection as this month’s Employees of the Month.
Colm was selected for his outstanding customer service. Melissa was selected for her ability to review and analyze information, as well as her mentoring skills.
Frank W. Chamberlain of Holliston, MA has been promoted to vice president at MutualOne Bank according to an announcement by Mark R. Haranas, president and CEO.
In his position, Chamberlain will be responsible for managing the Bank’s commercial credit department including new loan underwriting and portfolio management.
Chamberlain joined MutualOne Bank in 2003 and most recently served as assistant vice president and credit officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, and is currently enrolled in the New England School of Financial Studies.
He serves as chair of the Holliston Community Preservation Committee, is a member of the Holliston Historical Commission, and is a troop committee member for Holliston’s Boy Scout Troop 73.
