General FAQs

What languages other than English are spoken in the branches?

Our staff speaks a wide array of languages including Spanish, French, Portuguese and more. Contact Client Services to be connected to one of our staff members.

Can I exchange or order foreign currency?

MutualOne Bank customers may exchange a minimum of $300 of foreign currency, with the credit taking approximately 5 business days. Our customers may also purchase foreign currency by placing an order in person at one of our branches.

How do I change my mailing address?

You can change your mailing address through Online Banking, or by contacting Client Services.

What is the Bank’s routing number?

How do I make payments to my MutualOne Bank loan or mortgage?

There are three ways you can make payments to your personal or business loans with MutualOne Bank – Through Online Banking, by ACH and by Mail. Click here to learn more about making payments.
