What are Card Controls?
The name says it all – Card Controls are a powerful tool designed to allow you to control your debit card, right from Online and Mobile Banking.
With Card Controls you can:
- Turn your card off/on if misplaced, lost or stolen
- Set geographic or transaction-type restrictions
- Set maximum purchase amounts
- Track activity and receive alerts
- Manage travel plans
- and more
How to Get Started
If you have a MutualOne Bank debit card, you are eligible for Card Controls at no additional cost. To get started:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click “Card Controls” in the top menu
- Accept the Terms & Conditions
- Start controlling your card!

Security & Monitoring
MutualOne Bank also manages a security system which monitors for suspicious activity associated with your card. When identified, an alert giving a brief description of the suspicious activity will be sent to you automatically with instructions on next steps.

And remember – MutualOne Bank will NEVER ask for your debit card number or PIN.
