Mobile Banking FAQs

Do I have to sign up for Mobile Banking?

No. But you do need to be registered for Online Banking. Click here to register.

Do I need to use an app to log in to Mobile Banking?

No. You can log in to Online Banking through your browser to do just about anything you can do with the app.

Do I need an app to use Mobile Check Deposit?

Yes. Mobile Check Deposit is only available through the Mobile Banking App.

Is there a cost for Mobile Check Deposit?

There is no cost for this service, but you do need to register for Mobile Check Deposit.

How do I register for Mobile Check Deposit?

There are two ways to register – either way, we will confirm your registration within two business days.

  • From your desktop Visit the Service Center in Online Banking. Select Mobile RDC and fill out the very short form.
  • From your mobile device Visit Mobile Services in Online Banking. Select Secure Forms, then click on the Mobile Check Deposit Registration link to arrive at the short form.
