What if I forgot my password to my MutualOne Bank Online Banking account?
If you have forgotten your password, the “Forgot Password” feature will allow you to sign in and change your password. To change your password, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Enter the requested personal authentication information. Click “Submit”.
- Step 2: Enter and confirm your new password. Click “Submit Password”.
Once your password has been changed, you will receive immediate access to your online accounts. If you have questions regarding these steps, please contact Client Services at (508) 820-4000.
How do I sign up to receive my statements electronically?
With Online Banking, you can sign up for eDocs to receive your monthly statements and annual tax forms faster and safer. To sign up for paperless statements, log in to Online Banking and click eDocs.
What type of accounts can I transfer funds to and from within the Bank?
You can move money between any statement accounts on which you are an account holder or co-owner.
Can I transfer money to MutualOne Bank from accounts at other banks?
Yes. Through Online Banking you can add accounts from other banks and financial institutions on which you are an account holder or co-owner. Once added you can schedule transfers to and from these accounts.
