Dr. Kristin Carvalho, President and Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, has announced that Carolyn Normand has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer.
Normand has over 20 years of experience in banking and, before joining MutualOne Bank, worked at South Shore Bank, where she most recently served as Chief Credit Officer. A graduate of New England College of Business & Finance, she holds a Master of Business Ethics & Compliance. Most recently, she completed the two-year American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking program, earning a Wharton Leadership Certificate.
In addition to serving as President of the Risk Management Association New England Chapter, and Co-Chair of New England Women’s Affinity Group. She also serves on the board of several organizations, including Family and Community Resources.
