With high quality standards, intricate designs, expensive materials, and the need for highly skilled labor, custom luxury home construction can be both an exciting – and challenging – business.
Guilherme “Gil” Costa, however, was built for it.
A Framingham resident with an entrepreneurial spirit, Gil is the President of Hopedale-based Premium Contractors Group, a high-end builder of million-dollar custom homes.
Gil’s entrepreneurial career began in 2003 when he opened a landscape construction business. Fueled by the success of that company, he founded a new company in 2013, Premium Framing, which offers construction services for large-scale apartment projects, condos, and residential homes.
From there, it was all upwards.
In 2019, he took his talents, skills, and business experience to an even grander scale when he founded Premium Contractors Group, specializing in the custom construction of luxury homes, additions, and spec homes. The company continues to thrive today amidst economic challenges.
“We haven’t slowed down,” shares Gil.
In fact, since its inception, Premium Contractors Group has built some 20 luxury homes on Cape Cod.
