You can try rephrasing your question, and Mo will do his best to answer. If rephrasing doesn’t work, Mo will ask if you want to speak with a member of our Client Services team for assistance.
How long can I chat with Mo?
As long as you want! Mo is awake all day, every day, and there are no limits to how many questions you can ask him.
Can Mo help me with account-specific questions?
Mo, unfortunately, can not assist you with questions specific to your account. However, our dedicated Client Services team can help.
Is the Client Services team also available 24/7?
Unlike Mo, our Client Services team needs to rest. To work with a member of the Client Services team, you can call (508) 820-4010, chat by text, or video call during business hours.
Does Mo only live on the website?
No – You can also chat with Mo in Online Banking as well as our Mobile Banking app.
What languages does Mo speak?
As of now, Mo is only fluent in English.
