Dr. Kristin Carvalho, President and Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, announced the appointment of Evelyn Kaupp to the Bank’s Board of Directors.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and attorney, Kaupp worked at Deloitte Tax LLP for over 30 years before retiring, the last 21 as a tax partner. While at the firm, she received the Deloitte Global Recognition Award for her exceptional contributions to advancing global strategy.
During her time at Deloitte, Kaupp led projects utilizing technology to gain efficiencies in reporting while complying with data, security, and privacy requirements in the United States and globally. More recently, she completed a graduate certificate program in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy from Albany Law School of Union University, where she previously earned her Juris Doctor degree. Kaupp also holds a Master’s in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and American History from Brown University.
Kaupp currently serves on the board for the YMCA of Greater Boston and previously served on the board of Randolph Bancorp Inc.
“As a member of the Audit and Risk Management and Compensation Committees, Evelyn’s extensive experience will be invaluable to the Bank,” said Carvalho.
