I wanted to build on their experience and the success of the company and take it to the next level,” said Mosesso.
To accomplish that, Mosesso had an innovative idea – to employ the latest technology.
“I knew technology could help us build the business and help our employees do their jobs more efficiently,” added Mosesso. Among the technology Mosesso implemented was POS terminals in the company’s car wash, gas station, lube, and convenience store businesses. The company also employed technology that identifies those who have pre-paid or subscribed for its services, saving time for customers and employees.
“Though there was a learning curve for the staff at first, they have really embraced the changes,” said Mosesso. The technology also freed the employees to do something they excelled at – serving customers.
“Our employees are now out front and visible to customers. So, if a customer has a problem, employees are empowered to resolve it then and there – without having to go to the next level to get approval.”
