Kristin Carvalho, President and Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, has announced the appointment of Patricia Reinhardt to the Bank’s Board of Directors.
As managing partner of Tiller and Company, LLC, a Massachusetts advisory firm, Reinhardt draws from her over 30 years of experience to support businesses, frequently engaged in strategy, sell side advisory, succession planning and financial/organizational enhancements. As a member of the MutualOne Bank Board of Directors, she will chair the Compensation Committee and be a member of the Security Committee.

Reinhardt regularly contributes her experience to businesses, including serving as Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Elm Electrical, Inc., and ESOP and a leading provider of electrical systems and services.
Reinhardt holds a master’s in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in economics from the University of Mary Washington.
