Dr. Kristin Carvalho, President and Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotion of Daniel Serafin Sr. to Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer.
Joining MutualOne Bank in 2022, as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Serafin has worked with the team to expand the Bank’s digital offerings to benefit both customers and staff.
With over 30 years of IT experience in the financial services industry, Serafin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell as well as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, and Netware Engineer certifications.
