What is the Bank’s Routing Number?

The Bank’s Routing number is 211371816.

Where can I find the account number for my MutualOne Bank checking or savings account?

You can find your account number by logging in to Online Banking and clicking on the account name. From there, click “Details” to view your full account number and the Bank’s routing number.

How can I tell if my MutualOne Bank account has any fees?

To find if your account has any fees, you can:

Am I able to submit a “Stop Payment” through Online Banking?

Yes. To submit a “Stop Payment”, log into Online Banking, and click on Service Center to place a stop payment.  You can also contact Client Services for help.

A stop payment fee applies – please refer to our fee schedule – and a signature is required for all telephone and in-person stop payments. The stop payment is valid for six months.

Can I open a new MutualOne Bank checking or savings account online?

Yes. You can open personal or business checking accounts online, anytime.

Are there any accounts I cannot open online?

While you can open most deposit accounts online, others including Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), Trust accounts and our Kidz Savings account must be opened in person at one of our branches.

Do I need to have a checking or savings account to open a CD?

No, you do not need to have a checking or savings account to open a CD.

Are there any geographic restrictions for opening an account with MutualOne Bank?

Anyone living in the Continental United States can open an account with MutualOne Bank.
